International conference

We are happy to inform you that on May 22-23, 2014 in Poznan was held the International Conference "The Work of Oskar Kolberg as National and  European Heritage" to commemorate the 200th anniversary of the birth of Oskar Kolberg.

The conference was organized under the patronage of the Polish President Bronislaw Komorowski.

Information about the conference
The Oskar Kolberg Institute (OKI) and the Committee of Ethnological Studies of the Polish Academy of Sciences, the Department of Ethnology and Cultural Anthropology at Adam Mickiewicz University, the Polish Ethnological Society invite to the international conference to commemorate the 200th anniversary of the birth of Oskar Kolberg.
